Vialle LiquidGD: solution for LPG on diesel engines

At the Gassuf in Moscow, a leading exhibition on gas fuels for transportation vehicles, from October 14-16, VIALLE introduces her latest, unique and patented extension to her range of innovative product lines:  LiquidGD. A dieselmix technology, for light and medium duty commercial vehicles, which injects autogas in liquid phase in diesel engines.

Save on diesel cost and our environment

LiquidGD replaces 30% of the diesel by propane, resulting in a reduction of operating cost as well as a reduction of CO2 and fine particle emissions. LiquidGD can easily be installed on almost all common rail diesel engines, including modern Turbo and Euro5 engines, and is compatible with Bio-LPG and Bio-propane.

Maintain an excellent performance

LiquidGD operates well in hot and extremely cold climates and with different mixes of propane and butane, resulting in an ultimately reliable system. LiquidGD injects autogas in liquid phase in the manifold of the engine, which allows for a precise injection of the autogas. The cooling effect of the expanding liquid autogas in the manifold results in improved saturation of the cylinder and an improved power of the engine. Due to the combination of two fuels, a longer driving distance can be achieved between tank stops.

No maintenance due to high quality

LiquidGD offers a state of the art technology, using a high quality proprietary liquid autogas injection, which is maintenance free during the lifetime of the installed system.

  1. Beste. Is lpg doenbaar op een Iveco 3 l diesel 167PK bouwjaar 2005 met 75000 km?
    Hoe zit het dan met de smering van de klepgeleiders en de kleppen?
    Wordt lpg voor of na de turbo ingespoten?
    Wat van de vetstof dat men in LPG vind?
    Hoe werkt dat? Met vacuüm? Een venturi?
    Hoe is het met de homologatie en de keuring?
    Hoeveel km alvoor de installatie uitgewonnen is met het verschil van prijs?
    Ik weet het, een man is normaal niet zo curieus maar wil er wel iets meer van weten.
